Place a 1″ X 1″ sample of material in a sealed bag and label it clearly with the location where the sample was taken.

Visit an AccuGuard drop box and scan the QR code on the box with your mobile phone to record all required information before signing and submitting the Chain of Custody form online.

Securely leave your sample in the AccuGuard drop box at any time, day or night.
Payment instructions are sent to your email when results are ready.
