Includes 3 samples* of visible mold and/or air quality and a short analysis of the results.
*When a job requires more than 3 samples to properly assess the condition of the property, any sample above 3 is priced individually as follows:

Perfect for when you need to know more than the results of a couple of spot samples, are buying/selling a home, or have health concerns in your current residence.
Starting at: $400 (up to 800 sq.ft.*)
Includes a visual inspection of areas of concern along with a detailed survey report with findings, pictures, sample results, and professional analysis and recommendation based on the results.
